I believe that I can see a 'Bee' in the obverse, and a standing (or running) deer (L) in the reverse.
The Bee/Deer combination is quite common in coins from Ephesos, but most of the left facing deer are lying down with their heads turned back right.

The symbol above the stag on the reverse seems to be on the coin here a quiver, like on these:
