Unknown Roman or Civic Issue
« on: May 06, 2022, 12:32:17 pm »
14mm,
1.7g

This small coin appears to be a Roman Pagan or Civic issue but I can’t place it anywhere.

Obverse - appears to be a deity standing, star in left field, crescent in right.  River God at bottom.
Reverse - appears to be Victory with wreath.

Any ideas here?
