Follis of Constantinus (IMP CONSTANTINVS AVG) with SOLI INVICTO COMITI on reverse. Style points to Lyons with  a mint mark  that may be:  TF * /PLG.

any input which one could it be?

Obverse legend is 1c, obverse bust is B3 (seen from back),  so it should be RIC VII 32 if the mintmark is correctly read.
