Tetradrachm Philippus I Antiochia

Hello,

I am not specialised in Roman provincial coins, so I can't find back the reference of this coin. It's a tetradrachme of Philippus II but I can't find a coin where philippus wears a shield, as on my coin. Any determination help is very welcome
Obv Legend :  AUTOK K M IOUL FILIPPOS SEB - Philippus laurel wreath, looking left, draped cuirassed, SHIELD in front
Rev. Legend :  DHMARC - EX OUSIAS UPATOD ANTIOXIA / SC

McAlee 943 and Prieur 447 list this coin under Philip I.

But I still see a difference : Prieur 447 : the eagle is looking to the right. On my coin the eagle is looking to the left. Is that another reference? Or just a variation?
Is this a rather scarce coin?
