Horseman galloping

Hi!

A worn coin which looks likely of provincial origin and with a horseman galloping to the right on the reverse. Not so much left of the legends, the following interpreted as well as could be:

Obverse: ...ONT...
Reverse: ... A C
Size: 23 mm
Weight: 8 g.

Interested to know the emperor and with any possibility the legends.
