More pictures please right now it looks like one of those replica coins that jewelers use to mount on rings.

Looks kinda like a tetradrachm from Antioch, maybe Caracalla. Kinda looks ok to me, but I agree, need more pictures.

Agree.  The regular sharp edge/circumference looks modern, and almost perfectly circular, rather than of an ancient struck origin which tends to show greater irregularity. Overall the design looks too evenly pressed, rather than struck.
