Mint identification

Hi
I know its a Constantius II , GLORIA EXERCITVS coin, however I am having difficulty identifying the mint. There's [ ]NN[ ].
Weight is 1.41g and a diameter of 15mm.

Maybe Nicomedia - SMNB, which would make it Constans, RIC 202.
