Is there any attribution that can be done on this beyond that its an anonymous folis of Christ?

My guess is Nicephorus III Anonymous Follis Class I (sear 1889)

Oh yeah, I think I was looking at him once as a possibility.  Do you know of many other emperors or periods where these would be typical? Or is he mostly it for this style?

Romanus IV(class G), Michael VII(class H) and Nicephorus III(class I)
have similar obverses but Nicephorus III is only possible emperor with
this reverse type.
