A coin with a figure, some olive leaves and a lion

I don't have any knowledge of coins.  I hope you guys could take a look at it.  Is this a modern craft or something?

Hi,

This coin purports to be a coin of Leontini in Sicily but with plating showing on the portrait it is a relatively modern copy in some sort of mount.
