My mother said got this from an old lady in Rome, I am not sure about the authenticity.
I believe it's silver, or some alloy not magnetic.

Who was the "old lady in Rome"?
The weight is much too low for a stater. To me it looks cast.

I believe it can be a cast, I am not sure but I feel the details are not that great feels a little soapy by comparison with the pictures I see online.
The old lady passed away, my mother said the she (the old lady) found the coin while she was in the country side.
