Interesting nice rare Probus from Ticinum...

Hi !

The rare Officina of this coin :

112 Probus (276-282 A.D.), AE-Antoninianus, RIC V-II 481, Ticinum, CONCORD MILIT, Bust-G, E/-//VIXXI, Concordia standing left,
This coin is part of the EQVITI series (E) of Ticinum.
avers: VIRTVS PROBI AVG, Radiate, helmeted, cuirassed bust left, holding spear and shield.(G)
reverse: CON CORD MILIT, Concordia standing left, holding two ensigns.
exergue: E/-//VIXXI, diameter: 21,5-23,0mm, weight: 3,48g, axis: 0h,
mint: Ticinum, date: 281 A.D., em.:9th., off.:6th., The 6th. officina is very rare !!

Hi Joe. Very rare and interesting coin. Congrats! I don't recall seeing an Eqviti Condord milit issue with VIXXI mintmark instead of the usual PXXI mintmark (Concord Milit was struck by the 1st officina, officina "P").

Unfortunately, that database seems no longer to be updated by Christophe Oliva. Many new unlisted Probus variants have been submitted to Christophe (e.g. via the French forum forumfw.com) in the last 2 years but have not been published on the probuscoins.fr website despite Oliva's several announcements that he would "soon" resume of works on updating the database.

Yes, I have had a similar experience, there have been no major updates on the website lately.
