Somehow the coin reminds me of Stobi.

The coin is in such miserable condition, could you ever be sure?  Some coins are just lost causes.

i'm not sure, evident that this one can be very worn out, the one that fits is for a Caligula that has this reverse and fits well for Smyrna, otherwise there are no coins like these for Antoninus Pius, if you know any antoninus Pius with this reverse, please let us know, thank you very much

It is not Caligula. Looks nothing like him at all.

I would not exclude Youngs idea of Caligula/Smyrna.

Probably we will never know for sure but it is a possibility. Even the two letters on the obverse fit.

Here compared with two RPC online examples:

Hmm, I thought the beard was clear, but perhaps it is corrosion.

Could be, but again how could one ever be certain?

Looking again at the picture I posted above I am convinced the obverse of Youngs coin is a die match with the obverse of the BM example on the right (b/w image)

Look at 1 o'clock at  the very long Γ of  ΓΑΙΟΝ and its position to the head, also look at the tiny A beside of the Γ in exactly the same position. Also the A behind the head is in the same position.
