Pertinax?

Well I looked for every bearded emperor I could find. The closest I could get was maybe Pertinax. But I can't find this one on wildwinds or any other site. The person on the back appears to be holding victory and sitting on a curiass. If anyone has any ideas I would appreciate the help! Thanks Tom
