Here's some more information about your coin I grabbed from Numista.
Obverse
Bust of Constantius II, right, pearl-diademed, draped, cuirassed.
D N CONSTANTIVS P F AVG
Dominus Noster Constantius Pius Felix Augustus.
Our lord Constantius, pious and fortunate emperor.

Reverse
Radiate phoenix standing right on globe.
Mintmark followed by star in exergue.
FEL TEMP REPARATIO
Felicitas Temporum Reparatio.
Happy Times Restored.

Hi AM,

Yes, it does look like Lucania, Poseidonia coins. But the style is a little odd, and it is much too large and heavy.

The legend looks like "LIETIO".

I haven't been able to identify this one. It's just too large and heavy. It has some lettering on the reverse. Any help would be appreciated.

Trochę niepokojące przez swój realizm. Na monetkach trofeum wygląda łagodniej. Niby przewieszona szata i zbroja, może przejść nieprzyjaciela dreszcz.  Zamieszczam, żeby podziwiać, bo prezentuje się imponująco.
