Joe, pretty sure I see "II" at the end of the obverse legend. So hard to tell form photos though.

From the style it is an Eastern early IMP VIII.

I don't think it is "probably". From the style it is certainly a "Laodicea" - IMP VIII. I have just not been able to find a die match in the few second that I have spent looking.
