A much better reference is the book by Necdet Kabaklarli which is called "Mangir" Copper coins of the Ottoman Empire. This book is the standard reference for Ottoman Copper Coins and holds over 3000 images on plates and another 3000 in drawings.

Suleyman II 1099AH Qstantaniyyah (Constantinople is wrong, it was called so by latin rulers) has the reference 20-Qos-01

20 stands for the 20th ruler, Qos as the mint and 01 means it is the first coin of the series.
