I have grave doubts about the authenticity of that coin!  Obverse combined with wrong reverse.

I agree, definitely a mismatch obverse and reverse. There also seems to be substantial pitting indicating the coin could be cast.

Modern Bulgarian hand cut dies and possibly not even real fakes but fakes of fakes here transfer die fakes of fakes.
I own the Poliorketes fake from same obverse dies with correct reverse die picture 1.
I do not have a struck specimen from the Philip III tetradrachm but the reverse with correct obverse is published in IBSCC Bulletin on Counterfeits BOCS Vol 16 No.1 1991 Page 18 Fig 13
Characteristic for this reverse die is the transversely last Sigma of Basileos.
