I have a problem with this provincial , is it Commodus of Hadrianeia ?

Looks more like young Caracalla and what I can read of the legend would fit too.

I fact , I typed Commodus only for , because I noticed that is it followed by the disappearance of this type of reverse , neither Septimius nor Geta do not have this type anymore.
