Hello,

I don't find any starting-point for this coin.
Av.. Female head right
Rv.: Panther jumps to the left to an urn?, inscription I can read "LUISIUS?"

Diameter 16 mm, weight 3,9gr.
Sorry for the not very good pictures.
Any idea? Thank you very much for help!

Looks like an ancient or modern fake of  a C. Vibius Varus denarius, but yours appears to be bronze:
