Provincial Id Help, ...ΠΟΛΕΙΤΩΝ Reverse

Hello everyone!

Hoping for some direction on this one. Can't really read the Obv.  The Rev ends with ΠΟΛΕΙΤΩΝ, I think.  Rev figure looks to have right arm up and extended, and left arm down with something draped over it.

6 grams and 25mm at its widest.

Any help is appreciated.

Perhaps it is from Hadrianopolis in Thrace minted under Gordian III:

- On the obverse you can read ANT at the right spot and the head is quite similar,
- the legend ends on ΠΟΛΕΙΤΩΝ,
- size and weight are similar to the coin here,
- these coins have this little "centration hole" as on the coin here.

But the spacing of the legend on the revers on the coin here is different :-\.
