Hi Jochen,

Thanks for your skill and time on this "coin".  With your help, I looked further into this.

The two sides are - ST. ANASTASIUS OF PERSIA / ST. VENANTIUS OF CAMERINO
It appears to be of 17th-century origin.

The mon e m is short for monachus et martre, which means monk and martyr.

The reverse is likely Saint Venantius from the 3rd century.
