Obv.: AVT K M AVP CEVH - AAEZA[N]ΔPOC , laureate, draped, and cuirassed bust of Severus Alexander r., seen from behind.
Rev.: MH[TPOΠ ΠON]T TOMEΩC • / Δ , female goddess (Demeter, Homonoia?) standing (left?), holding r. long torch or scepter and ? in left, kalathos/basket with grain-ears or altar(?) at feet r.; Greek value numeral 4 in right field: Δ .

Varbanov has only 4 coins with reverse legend:

MHTPO ΠONT TOMEΩC
and none is Your type
(Artemis, Hygieia x 2 and Tyche).

It looks to be the type of the City Goddess - notice the the cornucopia is turned away from her and at her feet is the Sea God Pontus, with the claw head.
