I believe this is Varbanov (Bulg.) 1002, designated as Rare.  Would someone kindly copy the gist of the entry for this type in Varbanov's English and let me know if it still lists only one specimen?  Thanks for any / all help!

Hi Archivum,

     Varbanov(E) III lists this coin (appears to be double die match) # 1120 pp131, as being a R6, unpublished from the private collection of O. Gavrailov. 19mm

Laureate head right
Rev: PhILIPPOPOLEITWN around laurel-wreath
