These appear to be
Roman socketed arrowheads, though it is hard to be 100% certain as similar
types were used later. But they are consistent with
Roman types.
However, the one on the left is a pastiche - a fantasy mash-up of two genuine items.
The lead
bit is
part of a plumbata or martiobarbuli, a kind of weighted dart or light javelin used by the
Romans from the mid-third to fifth centuries. However, the iron
head part of a Plumbatae is a) always one piece and b) always barbed.
