There's a version of Hr-J 6.14.8.4 and Varbanov 784 that has only AYSTINIA not AYSTINIANOY (I have one, but see Doug Smith's superior example:

Definitely not handsome, but this coin (AE29, 12.19g, mag. Quintilianus) is apparently a new variant on Hr-J 6.19.46.3-7 representing Serapis in a tetrastyle temple, this time with the value-mark E to the right of the temple:

On inspection I think there's a Ploutos on Tyche Euposia's arm in this Auspex example as well:

That's a pretty rare specimen you have; infant Ploutos is also visible though not noted on the different reverse die (also Auspex) of Pfeiffer, Markianopolis 13.
