Because there is no pic of No. 6.27.6.2 it is well possible that it is this very coin.

A correction
HrJ No. 6.27.10.1 is not Elagabal & Julia Soaemias but actually Elagabal & Julia Maesa. The depicted coin is so worn that the legend is not readable. But the lady wears a stephane and Soaemias is only known without.
