Unidentified AE17 Nicopolis

I have assumed this coin is from Nicopolis ad Istrum?  However, I can’t resolve the obverse legend. I tend toward Caracalla.  The reverse is difficult to read in full. 
Obv.  Laureate head right. Rev. ΝΙΚΟΠΟ * serpent-entwined staff of Asklepios. 
Any suggestions?

Sometimes Caracalla and Elagabal are difficult to distinguish. But with practice you will be better and better. Your coin shows Elagabal. Here is the description:

Moesia inferior, Nikopolis ad Istrum, Elagabal, AD 218-222
obv. AV K M AVR - ANTWNINO
        Laureate head r.
rev. NIKOPOLITWN PROC ICTRON
       Staff entwined by snake, head r.
ref. a) not in AMNG
      b) not in Varbanov
      c) Hristova-Hoeft-Jekov (2020) 8.26.20.20 (same dies)
