Steatite?16 x 12 x 8 mm with holed blocked  by thick earthen deposit

Hi Mike,
     This one is very similar to: Petrie, W.M.F. Buttons and Design Scarabs, London, 1925: Plate X, Pseudo cartouche scarab, No. 457, page 18, dated XIXth Dynasty or later.
