Coin population help

I will attach pictures of the coin, and the link to a paper about the coin. I was told that less than ten of these coins exist, but I can't find anything saying about how many exist, any help would be much appreciated. https://hdl.handle.net/10468/14074

Who told that? Just ask this person how he or she can know :).

Or write to the author of this paper, perhaps he knows more.

(I cannot tell anything about the coin, not my field of expertise  :-\.)

Linked paper describes another types of Pseudo-Byzantine  dodekanummi
with ABAZ in exerque. No mention is given on your coin with ΑΛΑΧ (?) in
exerque.
