Hi AD,

The obverse looks like the head of Herakles, with a countermark of a bow.

The reverse photo needs to be rotated about 120 degrees clockwise. It looks like a figure seated, facing left.

I think you are right, on the reverse you still can decipher the ΑΣΙΛ and ΚΟΥ from the legend ΒΑΣΙΛΕΩΣ ΣΕΛΕΥΚΟΥ :).
