Translation help needed for Lucius Verus coin

I need help determining what the Greek acronyms on the reverse of this coin says. I can make out the first and last word, but the T R in-between and the acronym on the bottom I haven't been able to figure out. It's a Lucius Verus Argaeus mountain coin. The full legend reads KAICAPЄW N T Π APΓAIW, with ЄTΓ at the bottom.

You find correct reading of legends here: https://rpc.ashmus.ox.ac.uk/coins/4/6867

Rev: Caesarea at the Mt Argaeus, year 3.

(Τ Π -> Της Προς = at the)

Very cool thank you. I wouldn't have figured out "at the" my line of reasoning was veering me towards TR being something about tribunal power.
