If you use Coins or Coinage (try both) you can find a lot of useful coin articles.

Great news! There have been published a lot of great numismatic articles in Hesperia (that's the name :) ), it is really worth having a look into it +++.

Virgil H:
I just randomly found a fascinating article on Athenian owl folded flan coins. So much on that site that one could go down quite the rabbit hole. The one I read so far:
THE REMINTING OF ATHENIAN SILVER COINAGE, 353 b.c., John Kroll, Volume 80, Issue 2, pp 229-259. https://www.ascsa.edu.gr/uploads/media/hesperia/hesperia.80.2.0229.pdf
Thanks for posting this. I see that these articles are also on JSTOR and this site was set up for those without JSTOR access. I find that a nice gesture on their part.
