Does this appear to be BD...?

I saw this on an auction that ended a while ago. was wondering because I’ve never really seen a patina like this and it looks kind of strange. I would like people’s opinion on this.

The small parts that appear in the photo as a dark blue-green do look like they could be BD.  Some occur in an old dark red raised blister which is often a sign of old BD or pre-BD type corrosion.

The lighter beige-green spots do not appear to be BD.

These theories should be tested.  Is the darker green powdery when poked with a sharpened toothpick?  If so that confirms the BD.
