Another coin weighs 14.45 gr.
Style looks modern to me and from picture coin looks soapy.

Stiff legged horse is similar to some coins from Carthage.

Looking again the obverse I see lion skin headress, so he is Herakles.

Most similar coins are of Amyntas III, but style is off like the partial borderline
on obverse.

I'm bothered that the camera focused on the background, not the coin.  I can't reliably tell if the coin is soapy or just out of focus.  Better pic, and pics of the edge would be informative, I think.

I think that there is little doubt that this must be a modern "coin" (if that term
can even be used). It reminds me of some jewellery items, those using ancient
coins as 'inspiration', rather than copies. IMHO

That could explain why there are no legends.

And item could fit to wide bezel without hiding types.
