Looks more like a lead seal of some sort.

Cute. Looks to have 4 busts, the one on the top right is the only one I can see clearly and it looks like Herakles wearing a lion's skin.

My pc could be playing jokes. But I first see two colour pics of the same seal with two busts. Later black and white pic with four busts. And no back of the seal.

The first two pictures show 4 busts as well. So probably the glasses rather than the PC.

Not in my computer. Two portraits in one seal. Duplicate pic , different lighting.

Two different pictures of the same seal showing two columns of two busts each. Looks to be the same seal as the one in the black and white picture.

Then I'll have to take my PC for repairs. Could we have a full and better pic ,with full borders of the second.
Edit. It was the glasses.  :-[

Maybe a stupid remark from me but could the four busts be that of the tetrarchs ? (the top left looks very much like Diocletian to my eyes (with glasses  :)))

Beautiful item!

I too had immediately thought Tetrarchic (1st) given the four heads and the style

However, I see that one of the two threads Areich linked to postulates that it is instead Valerian I and his family (Gallienus, Valerian II and Saloninus I guess).  That is interesting and makes sense in some ways.  First these are usually most common in early to mid 3rd century.  I have a very similar one showing what is almost certainly a bust of Gallienus.  Second the fact that they all wear radiate crowns is more indicitive of mid-3rd century than Tetrarchic despite fact the Tetrarchic gang still used radiate crown on pre- and post-reform radiates.
