33 mm. 25.30g. Archangel(?) on obverse. Help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I would say that´s an emperor on the obverse. I know seals are hard to photograph, but a clear photo would be appreciated. No need to make it more difficult to read with unnecessary fuzzy bits.
