yes, it's a byzantine lead bulla, very hard to read...
can you make some black and white or different lighted pictures?

In the first picture it is a cross, with a legend amoungst it. It appears to be "BASILE" and "IS___".
On the second photo it appears to show " + " then first and second lines illegible, "_BAS_" "cOs" with "_._"
