What is this and is it roman/celtic?.It is coming from area yielding roman and La Tene artefacts but I am not sure about the date.Size 6.5 x 5.8 cm.It is a massive bronze

This is an ornament for the side of a Roman bronze vessel - likely a large bowl for wine.
