Name spelling Valentinianus II

Hello. I recently aquired this interesting coin. I have never seen or read anything about this obverse type. Instead of Valentinianvs it is Valentinians written. See the pictures below.
Obverse: DN VALENTINIANS PF AVG
Reverse: SALVS REI-PVBLICAE, Chi-Rho in left field
Exergue: CONSB
RIC IX 86v ?

Does someone know other examples?
