Title: Interesting Seal :) Attribution?

I just got this wonderful seal, well its little bit broken, but its still wonderful.
Can somebody read what is written and give an attribution to it? Its 31mm in diameter.

To proceed with the rest, try to give us here one by one the letters you see.
It is too difficult to distinguish all characters from your picture
