The Script means no thing, it says LkDY  BMk, which means nothing, the style is for sure copying the Hebrew on Barkochba war coinage , most likely it is modern fake.
I saw dozens in Jerusalem market, they usually come from Jordan and Lebanon.

This manuscript's style, script and overall look is reminiscent of the well-known Jordan Lead Codices, which are widely considered to be fabricated.
