Not sure if it i coincidental that the weight is 4.47 g just about perfect for a 1 nomismat weight, there is no cord hole on the side as a seal has, wondering if anyone had thoughts?

As far as I can see this item is made of lead. I don't know any byzantine nomisma like this. It could be an earlier late roman weight from the mediterranean area, but I'm not sure. Sorry
