Couldn't resist nominate my latest purchase, as extremely fines from period are quite scarce:
Constantius AU Solidus
Attribution: RIC 165; C 112
Date: Antioch, 355-361 A.D.
Ov: pearl-diademed, helmeted and cuirassed bust, with spear over shoulder and holding shield decorated with horseman riding down enemy, FL IVL CONSTANTIVS PERP AVG
Rv: GLORIA REIPVBLICAE, Roma, holding spear, and Constantinopolis, holding sceptre and with foot on prow, enthroned supporting a shield between them inscribed VOT/XXX/MVLT/XXXX, SMANZ in exergue
Size: 22 mm
Weight: 4.5 grams

Great purchase, congrats! In all fairness though the picture does not show the coin to be in EF. Detail on the figures on reverse is missing; the portrait's nose is also flat.
