Help identifying reference Kilger 5.1.4.B.Sal D 4: 1/1.

This reference is given for a Naumberg, Henry IV, 1056-1106 Hochrandpfennig.

What it Klinger?  Is that all one reference? What is Sal?  Any other wisdom to share?  Thanks, Joe

"SAL" is part of the reference.
The author distinguishes between different regions. SAL is for the Saale-region
In this case you have to consult the book to look up a reference
