lead seal or coin?

i bought these and was told they were glass and from Afghanistan.
they have been made into a pendant obviously.

i think they are lead
i dont know whether they are real or fake
any ideas please

This looks like a tourist trinket.  Certainly not authentic ancient items.

yes they do look like tourist trinkets now as they have been made into something to wear around your neck but the original lead may be real?  can you give me pointers as to where i can look and see if i can locate the heads featured?  thanks

The lead is also not ancient—one can tell from the style alone, unfortunately.
