Celtic ring?

Hello.

What may we say about this ring?

Diameter- 2 cm

SC:
The are definitely pre-Roman, some might date to the Celtic (iron age) period but others date to the Bronze age.  I don't know the difference off-hand.

They are more likely hair rings than finger rings.
