You have the reverse upside down. Rotate the reverse through 180 degrees.
At the top you will then see a KNE monogram, in the centre part of one line of the legend DIOC
but I cannot read the bottom line.
Perhaps this will help.

Thank you so much for your help. I was confused with "o" as "Delta" and had the reverse upset down.
Now I can read DIOC I
It could be Diocaesarea.

I see (in the original orientation) TI - ΔI (or perhaps ΛI) - NK monogram in three lines. On the left side from top to bottom EΩN, the beginning on the right side is illegible.
The person on the obverse for me is Dionysos with an ivy wreath on his head.
But that's all I have to offer :(.

Interesting what different people believe to see :).

Thanks. You convinced me to go back to my original TI- DI. So the reverse is not upsite down :)
