I am not an expert with these kind of coins so I would like some help

The second photo looks like Athena.

In the legend, I see: "...PAMMAT..."

It may be part of Grammateus or similar.

I would say the coin is from Harpasa in Caria. You can read APΠA besides the Athena Promachos and there are similar coins from there:

But I didn't find an exact match  :-\.

Yes . writes grammate. But in the hundreds of pages I looked, I could not find a similar one among thousands of pictures. IS THIS RARE AND A VALUABLE PART OF IT?

Seems so - but many Greek bronze coins are known today only by very few survivors

Definitely not.
The coin is in very bad condition, can hardly be identified and it will be difficult to find a buyer for more than a handful of dollars
