Hi

This coin has a bizarre shape  ???, but it is a sestertius.

Maybe Trebonianus Gallus.
The reverse is PIETAS AVG.

I don´t have any reference here.

You should search also Volusian coins.
For example RIC 257.  ;)
Face in your coin belong to young person (I think), Trebonian was about 50 years old when he was a ceasar, Volusian was 30.
I'm not sure but this is only my suggestion.

TREBONIANVS is clearly readable from 11 o'clock onwards
