This very ruined ae 18 is from Commodus for the city of Philippopolis.
 In reverse, an eagle with a beak on the left on a lightning bolt, but it seems to me that there are perhaps two palm branches on the sides?
I was unable to find this representation on the net, nor in the paper varbanov.
 I own. I thank you that will eventually give me news on a classification.
